  • T-VAC CASINGS
    are multi-layered giving an excellent barrier against oxygen, fat, water vapor, aroma and ultraviolet light.
     
  • Our casings are thermo shrinkable up to 20%, resulting in a product with no wrinkles after cooking.
     
  • T-VAC has ultraviolet light blocker incorporated as a standard, even in colored casings. This reduces the discoloration and bacterial count in the sausage, adding a much longer shelf life.
     
  • They will not generate cook-in gel between meat and casing.
     
  • They can be used in virtually all clipping and stuffing machines.
     
  • The casings will stay intact when pierced with a thermometer.
     
  • Our product gives excellent brightness (sausage always looks fresh).
     
  • T-VAC casings are produced in a wide range of colors.
     
  • Available in full color print and sheared, or roll form.
